We have had to order from them several times, due to restrictions on my granddaughters school uniform.
Besides being overpriced, their shipments are ALWAYS late, not a few days, or even a couple of weeks, but months. So, word of advice, don't pay attention to how long they say it will take, if you need spring clothes, order in the fall and if you need winter clothes, order it in the summer. Their customer service is legitimately like robots working off a script and very polite, but absolutely useless/unhelpful.
