Absolute scum bags
Absolute scum bags! I picked the option for free cancellation which obviously charges more! And it does not say anywhere on the website that I will have to pay more money out of my pocket to cancel booking! They refusing to give my £300 back on top they asking me to pay £100 more to cancel my booking! WTH! I want my money back I’m not paying single penny extra this company is a scam!
