I would give this pathetic company -5 stars if it were possible!!
My flight bookings were refunded to them by Jet2 at the end of July (and I have proof of this). Despite at least 15 phone calls and emails to their useless Customer Services I am still being told I have to wait. I’m sure they are so stupid that they cannot deviate from their script and so I’m told exactly the same thing every time I call!
They have my money and are holding on to it...that is the bottom line and it is, at the very least, dishonest. I will be taking this further.😡
