Upset and appalled customer
Our flight to Palma was cancelled by BA 7 weeks before the date due but we were never told by anyone at last minute that the flight was cancelled. Since then 3 1/2 months ago we have still not had our money back despite emails, phone calls etc. this is disgraceful and nobody deserves to be treated this way as paying customers! We will never use this company again and the public should boycott the company. The company have made it so difficult to contact them and do not acknowledge our emails and calls. So dissatisfied
