My flight was cancelled in July 2020 and Lastminute.com have held my refund since then arguing that until the airline refunds them they won't refund me. In september they told me the process could take up to 2 months. We're in January and still no update. Can't get through on the phone. As a single mother in such difficult times I definitely needed the money from the refund and feel disgusted by the way Lastminute.com are treating me.
