I would not rate this company even 1 star, but I wasn't able to do that here. NEVER book anything through Lastminute.com as they are a despicable company with appalling if no customer service! I booked a return trip consisting of 3 flights each way and when one of these flights was cancelled they refused to book me an alternative flight, having first given me the option to do so. As a result I was unable to travel on the day my booking was for, because I was not allowed to board my 2 ongoing flights either. They have far too much control with your flight schedules. I had to rebook and pay for all 3 flights the next day and when 2 of my return flights were also cancelled, they insisted that they were still operating, despite it being announced on the national news. The lies I was told in their emails are outrageous. I made over 20 phone calls and sent over 20 emails to their 'so-called' customer care, which were all a complete waste of my time and money. Lastminute should be stopped from trading altogether!
