I had booked flight tickets through lastminute after which I read the reviews and they were generally bad to say the least. I was anxious if I would get a refund if I had to cancel. Eventually I did have to cancel the tickets and I was really stressed and thought I'd lose my money but to my surprise the customer care was incredibly helpful. I had to try a few numbers to get to talk to someone. In under 5 mins my cancellation request was approved and received confirmation and refund options 3 days later in which they mentioned it might take up to 2 months to get the refund in my account. It took them only 5 days to refund :). The entire experience was swift and hassle free, completely opposite to the reviews I came across
