SCAMMERS! If I coukd give 0 or minus stars I would. Booked virgin flights through lastminute.com, not knowing this would make it impossible to get any customer service or help from virgin. Lastminute.com gave me different information every time I phoned up, each person changing their mind about terms. I should have been able to change my flights for a different date when we couldn't go due to covid, but lastminute.com made this impossible and I lost £2000! They tried to give me back only £500 of this if I cancelled the flight, which I refused as I'd been told I could change the full value of the flight for a different date. As it stands the flights have gone and lastminute saying they can no longer help me and didn't change my flights, even though I had spent every day of the week before my flights trying to request the change by numerous phone calls and emails. They refused to put me through to a manager (Indian call centre) and refused to give me atol number. They even hung up on me at one point!
