I got bad experience with last minute. com I booked tickets with fully flexible for any change or cancellation and I paid extra money for that. Tickets was London to new Delhi as they are covid situation is very bed they are not issuing visa . I need to change my tickets. I contacted with customer service. Now they charge me extra money. They are not helpful at all.
