They are charging me for a ticket date change, more than it would cost me to buy new tickets. I have contacted the airline directly and they've confirmed that a date change would cost 40pounds per person. Lastminute.com is charing me 231!
Their customer support is claiming that the airline is lying to me and that there's nothing they can do. I have written proof from the airline. Joke is that I payed lastminute.com extra, so I avoid admin charges for ticket changes.
What a joke of a company.
