This is the worst travel agency I have ever examined and the worst customer service. After you pay they do not help you in case you need to cancel or change flight dates. A bunch of thieves!!
I called them many times - well before my flight date - to request a flight change and they kept coming back to me late until it was less than 24 hours for my flight and then they said they can not help me anymore!!
