Pathetic service and complete lies told by customer service. I reuqtested for a date change of my flight 5 days ago and no response. When i called customer service umpteen times then also I could not get any response. They kept promising me that I will get an email in an hour which never happened. My blood pressure shot up and I had to see a doctor. The shameless people even after being told did not respond. This company does not deserve any respect and should close down for unethical behaviour and scrupulous business.
