Well I've booked a number of times with lastminute. I'm afraid never again. Not really sure where to start with what went wrong with our holiday booking but the company's chat feature is non operational (two emails sent this week not replied to), there is no method to cancel other than their (awful) mostly automated phone line (which seems deliberately designed to waste customers time), their cancellation terms are highly misleading, and finally they mis-sold us a package (as advised by the resort). Not for nothing is Lastminute is voted the worst operator by Which?
