I booked a full flex trip. Their LASTMINUTE.COM commitment states a) you'll receive a voucher code worth 90% of your original ticket price within hours b) your refund request will be processed within 24hrs. I cancelled a trip 7 Sept 2020. After numerous requests eventually received less than 70% of what I paid 14+months after cancellation. These folk treat their customers shoddily and it seems like they trade on the very boundaries of legality. As a CFO I would never ever give them any custom, their approach to business is shocking.
