Changed our flights from a 2h direct flight to a 10h trip multiple landovers! The links to "Request an alternative flight" or "Request a refund" sent in a e-mail was non-functioning (probably on purpose). In an attempt to respond within the 48h limit, before they automatically accept the changes on your behalf I tried to contact them the only way possible, customer service, which just hangs up on you.
According to European consumer rights law I have to be asked whether I accept the changes: I DO NOT! But the company has purposefully obstructed all means of communicating this. I doubt I am the only one with this problem, and I do seek ways of suing this publicly held company.
