possibly the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not refund monies for a flight that THEY cancelled during covid. They hide their email addresses. they do not answer correspondence. They have stolen £1000 of my money. They are the worst company in the world to deal with. Do not even think about. Cheap is not cheap when you get nothing except a company whom you trusted STEALING from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IDID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM EXCEPT TO ASK FOR MY MONEY. THEY HAVE NEVER ANSWERED QUERIES ON ANY OCCASION OF WRITING. THEY ARE INCOMMUNICADO UNLESS YOU ARE BOOKING AND THEY CAN THEN STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN 1 STAR.
