I’ve booked a trip with them wanted to add an extra case talk about incompetence it still isn’t resolved after at least 20 emails saying just add case and charge for it in every email still keep coming back asking do I want to add it 🤦♀️ It’s just unbelievable god help me if there’s anything serious I need them for it’s the first time I’ve used them probably will be the last after the performance I’ve had over adding a case
