I paid for a flight in full , only to have an email half an hour later to tell my that my flight is not available anymore and they are refunding me my monies which can take up to 7 days .
I phoned customer service only to be put through to some Albanian guy who sounded as if he was sleeping and couldn’t a damn .
What a disgusting company .
