My story is very similar to the people below – didn't get a refund although I choose the full refund option, blocked by customer service, etc. I've started Twitter so I can share my experience and retweet many others. When I say many, there are literally hundreds of people crying for help and being ignored for a few years. I don't think this business continues to operate and stole people's money.
