Would give zero stars if possible. Had to cancel a family trip due to Covid concerns and they stated could only use a voucher for later travel. When I asked to extend the deadline as it was only six months it took hours of frustration with the ‘chat’ online. They undertook to approach the airline. Two months later they said they had approached the airline but the answer was no. Contacted Virgin who confirmed no approach had be relieved. Last Minute are a bunch of liars with contemptuous, abysmal service. Will never use them again. Not surprised that their rating is in the toilet.
