Paid for direct flight Phuket to London and return. Paid high price as wanted direct yet now received email informing me I have been changed to flight with stops and 26 hour stop over.
I researched and found the flight they have put me on to be the cheapest flight.
They now offer no better alternative and ignore all calls, emails etc.
Do not use them as dishonest and corrupt and sooner they go bankrupt the better.
