When I looked to resolve this with their customer service team the first agent hung up on me midway through me explaining the issue and the second agent that I asked for a complaint number from provided me with an IP number? This trip was to visit my sick mother and I am unable to book with another company until the money they took is returned to me. Unconcerned scammers.
