Disgusting service ever received
The whole experience was absolutely terrible they made a vital mistake on our booking and we ended up going back and forth and paid a fortune for it. Customer services were no different to robots regardless what you say they just keep repeating what’s on their screen I wouldn’t advise anyone book anything through last minute I’m surprised companies like this still in business they should be gone ages ago. Definitely first and last!
