I will never again use this company. Just booked a package trip which looked reasonably priced. Added a 15kg bag to find when the booking came through that whilst going out I can take 15kg returning I can only bring 10kg. Who goes on holiday with 15kg and returns with less than they fly out with ? Totally unhelpful. I can book additional bags with the quotes ranging from 50 to 90 plus fees for last minute. Not sure what to do now as they will not help to resolve so basically either I go on holiday for a week with 10kg only or I cancel and lose the cost of the deposit. Save yourself a lot of stress and avoid this company.
