JUST CAME BACK FROM TRIP TO VIENNA AFTER THE HOTEL HAD BEEN CHANGED ONCE ALREADY WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF BOOKING, WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL THAT THEY CHANGED TO FIND THE HOTEL HAD CLOSED DOWN,COULD NOT GET HOLD OF THIS COMPANY THERE WERE 6 OF US INC 2 OF OUR FRIENDS THAT ARE DISABLED ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EVEN EXIST COMPLETLEY RUINED OUR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LOVELY CHRISTMAS BREAK TO SPEND THE WHOLE 3 DAYS TRYING TO GET ACCOMODATION WHICH WE EVENTUALEY FOUND BUT HAD TO PAY AGAIN FOR THAT WE AWAIT OUR FULL REFUNDS AS PROMISED!!!! THIS IS A SHORT VERSION OF OUR EXPERIENCE
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BOOK THEY CANNOT CONTINUE TO TRADE IF EVERYONE BOYCOTTS THEM ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING
