WORST COMPANY EVER / NON CUSTOMER CARE I bought flight tickets with a cabin bag and paid it and when I received my tickets, the cabin bag was not included and I was asked by the airline company to pay an extra fee for it. I tried to communicate with the company to either refund me or fix this however they constantly replied to me and said they sent my request to the related office and I will receive an answer, however, the expected answer had never come. I cancelled the booking from the airline company's website and they received a full refund for it. However, they refused to refund me fully and asked me to pay them a service fee for overcharging me and selling me the item which was not as the same when I was buying. They even didn't apology.
