The worst experience I've ever had! Avoid it at all costs, even if you have to pay twice the price for your tickets. They canceled my booking two months after my reservation, claiming that the airline had no alternative flights, despite the airline confirming the opposite. All they tell you is that the system won't allow them to do anything. I ended up having to pay three times the price for my ticket. And now, after three months of sending numerous emails requesting a refund, they are offering me options to credit my account instead of providing a refund.
