The airline has rescheduled the flight and lastminute confirmed the new one without my permission.
The airline would be able to change the flight that suits us if lastminute did not do it without asking and their customer service staff were of no help and tried to get away with it.
They refused to accept that it was totally their fault, did not provide any solutions, and even tried to charge us cancellation fee for what they caused.
