I have received yesterday an email saying that my flight is cancelled. On the email, they haven't mentioned any refund of my money so I decided to wait until today which I try to contact the customer service. The phone number they have it says an automatic message so is useless. Then I trying to talk with the robot on the chat two times and the second time finally connected me with a 'human'. To sum up he told me they are going to charge me £35 per passenger after asking him three times and also they will submit a refund request to the airline which it my take up to two months to process. Although they were not sure if I will get my money back. No confirmation, no specific day, no specific refund and charging me £35 per passenger! Their terms and conditions are not clear on their website so they can take your money. Then they will say they are really sorry! Be careful! Avoid those scammers!
