Avoid using this company.
Transfers not included in a badly put together package, and this isn't highlightedor explained. I'm having to pay hundreds on top of holiday price.
Customer service is appalling. Chat is slow, repetitive, frustrating, can't get through to anyone who knows anything. Wrong information given. Impossible to cancel without paying loads of money. Terrible, unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent.
