Booked hotel & flights, the flights were cancelled by Ryanair so I was offered a change of flights or a complete refund for the full booking. As the other flights didn't work I had to choose the refund. I was refunded £452 short of what I had paid as I was told seats I had booked weren't refundable and an extra pack I had booked wasn't refundable either. This was not mentioned when offered a full refund of complete booking. Customer service was a joke as they just weren't interested in helping and kept saying email your complaint I can't help you. I wouldn't have chosen a refund had I know that money would be stolen from me! I will never use this appalling company again. Disgusting attitude!!!
