Awful service my flight with Jet2 to Pisa has been cancelled due to Coronavirus. Other people who booked through Jet2 were contacted straight away and have been given a full refund but lastminute.com have said they have not been informed of the flight cancellation and that I won’t receive a refund.
Will never book through them again and would advise everyone to stay away they are near impossible to get ahold of and will rip you off every chance they get.
