If I could give ZERO stars I would!!
Communicating with customers has been absolutely disgusting and lastminute should be ashamed of themselves.
A supposed reliable company does not have the decency to send a periodic email to tell you what's going on.
I can appreciate the current situation but 7 phone calls which I am told each time my case has been escalated and I will hear from someone within 72 hrs - NOTHING.
I was finally given an email address that I got an automatic reply from.
It has now been 2 months since I was meant to fly and longer than that from when the flight was cancelled.
Lastminute - ATOL protected, clearly means nothing.
I'm not even waiting for a cash refund - its a voucher code!!!!!!
Outrageous service. Completely unacceptable.
If I hadn't requested a voucher code I would NEVER use this company again.
