The worst travel agent i have dealt with . Due to covid-19 , my flight was cancelled and they did not want to refund us. They mislead us on the refund request.
It has been 2 months so far on trying to get our cash refund back and to luck.
I did made a compliant on the Airline, a dispute at my bank and a complaint on Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
They are keeping hold on our money. DO NOT BOOK WITH LASTMINUTE.COM
