Never use them as they can’t even confirm a date for a refund of my money for cancelled flights , in fact they never even told me flights had been cancelled. They won’t escalate my call to a manager and always put the phone down when they can’t give you an acceptable answer.
Never use them they are terrible. The only thing they are good at doing is taking your money when you book.
