I had my holiday cancelled in early March. I have been emailing and calling these jokers for 3 months, and have only had about 3 emails back. Every time i call, they say it is their "company policy" to only offer voucher refunds, which is hilarious, as their website says they offer cash refunds (back to payment method) and that I will have to wait at least 3 months, even though their website says payments should be back 14 days after airlines refund them...
So easy jet and Ryanair both refunded them for my flights in APRIL, and 2 months later, they're still denying this. Even though the airlines emailed me to tell me this!!
I got my bank involved in March, and I have just received the credit back to my account.
It has been a long and very stressful process, but i recommend every one who has troubles, get your bank to do a charge back... They can run but they can't hide!
