Awful experience- misleading advertising
Awful experience, dreadful customer care and response times. Received a door which did not match the advertised image- ignored me enquiries, refused to pick door up when next in area and expect me to return it at my own cost, which will be just as expensive as the actual door. Beware images of black doors are a bad misrepresentation and John and David have no desire to help- without a living room door for 5 weeks.
