Bought 7 prefinished doors, all doors had little bits of lacquer missing, but 2 doors were really dark, the other 5 are white oak, these 2 were like dark red oak, completely different. I emailed & sent photos the day after delivery, chased up the company after a week, then after 2 weeks, nothing, I had also taken a day off for the delivery date given, I am self employed, didn’t turn up, they were not interested in the fact I lost a days wages, or with the problems with the door finishes & don’t even respond regarding exchanging the doors for 2 lighter ones. I would advise anyone considering new doors to use another company
