We ordered 3 doors 6 weeks ago have tried to call - to get an ETA on delivery - endlessly. No one answers the phone regardless of calling at different times of the day! it literally rings out. We've had no replies to email asking for an update. We were told they'd be delivered this week but are still in the dark - with no reply. We can see on the website they're now expecting a delivery on 30 Dec!! We're petrified that it applies to the doors we ordered :( Shocking non-existent customers service. Huge regret ordering through them.
