Due to flood damage, I recently replaced my downstairs flooring with Leader. My previous flooring was chosen from Leader because they offered a vast range of good quality flooring and designs I couldn't find anywhere else. I found them very helpful with the ordering but the delivery process and the cost, were not the best experience. This time round, Leader have been transformed. Exceptional assistance in choosing and ordering. Delivery was available within a week. My flooring and accessories were delivered on time and brought into the house, (instead of curbside delivery)and the charge was extremely reasonable. All in all, Leader, were excellent and I would highly recommend them. In fact, my daughter has just had a new floor delivered by Leader on my recommendation and she had an equally good experience.
