I have had the same problem with two seperate orders. I ordered a fire door liner that should have been supplied with the necessary intumescent fire strips. On receipt of the order no strips were supplied. I accepted delivery and phoned Leader Doors. Their customer services were very polite and apologetic and said they would send replacement strips. When the replacement strip arrived there was only one (enough for one side of the frame) instead of the required three strips. I phoned them again and they said they would send some more, I am still waiting. Previous to this order I ordered 5 internal fire doors and four fire door linings. They arrived on time and in good condition. The doors are very nice but the four linings came without intumescent strips. I phoned them about this and they said that as over 48 hours had passed since I took delivery they would do nothing to rectify the situation. I really should have checked the goods in the first two days but I didn't so thats my fault. However I think a cut off point of 48 hours is very mean spirited. All in all the picking and checking the dispatch lets this company down badly. Once bitten, twice shy and I won't be using them again.
