The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I returned product in August 2020. It is now Nov 30th and still no credit has been received.
I keep getting transferred between departments. Today I was transferred from customer service to credit department which was supposed to be open till 9pm EST, but no reply at 5:45 pm. Looks like everyone went home.
