Four attempts over two days and 30 minutes on the phone with a representative and still no PC because of their internal issues.
The singular worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had amplified by this being an established I.T. Company.
The representative, was a good fellow and tried hard but could not complete the sale because of issues on their end so, one star for Lenovo Corp and two stars for service. I will never return to that site. Impossible to buy a computer from!
