What a complete balls up, My computer stopped charging ,thank god i brought an extended warranty, the guy turned up to fix it and and said nothing was wrong with it. Two days later it stopped working again. it's now 4 weeks and I have no computer.
Five times I have rung to see what's happening, two times they couldn;t find the case, and one time the lost the part.
Today the guy said he has other plans I'll need to wait another 4 days.
I want to scream im so angry
