If you need any type of support from them you are in a big trouble. I've ordered a laptop that didn't arrive yet, I was promised one date, it has passed and I didnt' receive a single email or updates about it. The order status page still show the old date. When trying to contact support, they all say the same thing, that they've escalated the issue and that I would receive a reply from their managers in 24 business hours, but much more than that has passed and still nothing. Everytime I contact them again, those same words of concerns being escalated are repeated and I feels like the timer resets again. When I tried to cancel the order, they say I can't.
