Terrible experience with Lenovo. I have built and customized a lap top in their website and paid £2.5k for it. After two months my lap top was not delivered and could not be found. They have opened an investigation and, after 3 weeks, they gave me no notification or position of what they were doing about the case.
I had to call them again to ask for a refund and they asked for 8 business day to do it. Unfortunately I'm taking legal actions against them as this is the worst customer service I have ever seen!
