Definitely not professionals and not even close
I never went through a frustrating experience as i did with lenovo Uk & Ireland
Don't expect your item to arrive the first month but expect loads of broken promise emails and wrong person delivery mistakes .. each time you order an item you get a different issue surprise
And guess what .. i still didn't receive my monitor. A lot of work loss
