The customer service from Lenovo and Digital River has been absolutely abysmal from the moment I placed my 2 orders in the last 2-3 weeks.
The customer service staff do not seem to have any information available to them about orders (everything results in a ticket being raised and no-one getting back to me), and there is a shocking disconnect between the customer service team and the warehouse. I have never experienced anything like this, and do not intend to purchase from Lenovo again.
