Lg have the worst and least competant customer service of any company going. They even are actually dishonest.
1) refund I am told weekly will be processed within a week or day but it never does happen
2) They told me initially that their own reciept was false when it was real until I tried to contact them again
3) told me my washing machine was going to be delivered the day before and then it was not as was not in stock
4) told on multiple occassions it was comng back in stock within a week but it never did
5) Was told that I was being processed for a refund but when called a week later they had not started the process and were still awaiting restocking of washing machines
6) have called each week for ages trying to get the money back and am always told dishonestly that they will sort same day and call me but they never do
