I rarely write reviews, but my experience with LG’s customer service has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. I had an issue with a TV that was advertised as it come with free wall mount a nd free handyman installation, received the Tv and the wall mount but was denied the installation. and getting support has been a nightmare. Long wait times, being transferred between departments, and vague or unhelpful answers were the norm. Even after multiple calls and text messaging sent them a copy of my receipt prove of free installation, I still don’t have a resolution.
What’s worse is that there seems to be a lack of accountability. Each representative says something different, and no one seems to follow up or take ownership of the issue. For a company of LG’s size, I expected a lot more professionalism and care. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ever buying another LG product again.
